Supported by ISVV and the University of Bordeaux, the International Viticulture and Enology Society, IVES, is an international academic association dedicated to scientific publishing in the fields of viticulture and oenology.
Founded in 2017 by a group of leading universities and research institutes in these fields, its aim is to make the results of scientific research freely accessible.
IVES publishes in open access the journal OENO One, the technical journal IVES Technical Reviews (available in 6 languages) and IVES Conference Series, a portal dedicated to papers from major scientific conferences in the wine industry.
