ISVV - UR 4190 - I.R.G.O - INSTITUT DE RECHERCHE EN GESTION DES ORGANISATIONS, UNIVERSITY OF BORDEAUX

To website  Publications

The I.R.G.O. is a research institute belonging to the Human and Social Sciences Department of the University of Bordeaux under the direction of Professor P.ascal BARNETO.

The IRGO was created in 2004. It resulted from the merger of three pre-existing research teams: CREGE (marketing and business strategy), CRECCI (accounting, control and audit) and CREFF (research centre on family and financial businesses). Over the years, in chronological order of creation, the "Entrepreneurship" team, the "Banking and Financial Management" team and the "Family Businesses" team (resulting from the division of the CREFF into two separate teams) and, finally, the "Human Resources Management" team have been added.

The IRGO's objective is to bring together these six research teams (Accounting and Audit Control, Entrepreneurship, Family Businesses, Banking and Financial Management, Marketing, Human Resources) in order to address three cross-cutting themes: Wine, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and Digital Technologies. This thematic orientation aims to strengthen the laboratory's visibility as an EA in academic research in Management Sciences, as well as with all the regional players - public and private - in the New Aquitaine Region.
