This summer school, is organised by the University of Bordeaux and Hochshule Geisenheim University in the frame of the Franco-German doctoral college program « Climate change impact and sustainability in special crops and their products “certified by UFA CDFA-03-18 (French German University).
This summer school provides participants with scientific insight regarding French viticulture and oenology challenges, with a focus on strategies to improve vines and wines sustainability in order to address environmental issues such as climate change and food security.
