Accommodation booking and costs are the responsibility of the participants.

Timeline:
August 1st to 18th: First wave of candidates selection by the selection committee
August 18th to 31st: Second wave of candidates selection by the selection committee
September 3rd to 10th: Administrative registration and online payment for the selected candidates
September 11th: Final program and practical information sent to all participants
