To this end, it draws on its many strengths: the reputation of its wines, its scientific and technological excellence, and the men and women who drive it forward!

The Inno’vin cluster was born out of a desire amongst all stakeholders in the Aquitaine wine sector to come together to address challenges relating to research and development.
Its primary objective is to organise the collaboration of businesses on innovative projects in partnership with research and experimental centres in the following areas:

  • The development of sustainable viticulture (effluent treatment, reduction of inputs, precision viticulture, etc.)
  • The quality and distinctive character of wine (plant material, vineyard management, grape sorting, yeasts and bacteria, ageing, etc.)
  • The competitiveness of businesses in the sector (wine marketing, exports, ICT, business management, etc.)

Inno’vin employs a whole range of tools designed for businesses in the sector and its members: calls for innovative projects, the provision of information on the sector, technology watch, the organisation of regular innovation meetings, and the development of a website offering targeted information.
Inno’vin aims to become the preferred innovation partner for businesses in the wine sector: producers, wine merchants and suppliers of products and services.
