Thanks to innovation and the partnership between business, research and training, the wine industry organised around inno'vin intends to meet the new challenges it faces: new consumer expectations, international competition, sustainable development, etc. To do this, it is relying on its many assets: the reputation of its wines, its scientific and technological excellence, and the men and women behind it!

The Inno'vin cluster was born out of the desire of all the players in the Aquitaine wine industry to rally around the challenges of research and development.
Its priority objective is to organise the grouping of companies around innovative projects in collaboration with research and experimentation centres in the following areas of activity:

  • The development of sustainable viticulture (effluent treatment, reduction of inputs, precision viticulture, etc.)
  • Wine quality and typicity (plant material, vineyard management, grape sorting, yeasts and bacteria, ageing, etc.)
  • Competitiveness of companies in the sector (wine marketing, export, NTIC, company management, etc.)

Inno'vin implements a whole range of tools for companies in the sector and its members: calls for innovative projects, provision of information on the sector, technology watch, organisation of regular innovation meetings, development of a targeted information website.
Inno'vin aims to become the preferred innovation partner for companies in the wine industry: producers, merchants and suppliers of products and services.
