Once you have graduated, we invite you to collect your diploma from the ISVV's schooling department, along with photo ID.
The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm.
You can also give someone else power of attorney to collect your diploma for you.
To collect your diploma by proxy we need :
- A standard letter "I, the undersigned, "NAME First name", born on "xx/xx/xxxx" in "place of birth", give power of attorney to "NAME First name" to collect the original of my diploma "title of diploma obtained and date obtained".
- The letter must be dated and signed
- Enclose a photocopy of your identity card
- The authorised person must also carry photo identification.
You can also request that your diploma be sent by post to an address in FRANCE by sending us the « Diploma dispatch » document, duly completed and signed, together with a copy of your identity card.
If you wish to send your documents ABROAD, this can only be done via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris, using the diplomatic bag, at the French embassy or consulate closest to your home.
