At the interface between players in the wine industry and researchers specialising in process engineering at the Bordeaux Aquitaine Institute of Vine and Wine Sciences, Amarante Process supports manufacturers in their research and development projects by promoting the scientific innovations produced by its parent laboratory.
Amarante Process' process engineering skills are organised around two specialities:
oenological engineering (technologies for transforming grapes into wine) and,
