Program
Day 1:
- Understanding the aromatic characteristics of grape varieties and typicity
- Understanding the impact of vinification and ageing on ageing potential
Day 2:
- Define and recognise the main types of wine
Day 3:
- Taste special wines (sweet, liqueur, sparkling)
Inclus : deux dégustations quotidiennes
Diner dégustation, accords mets-vins dans un grand cru jour 2.
A simple, convivial lunch will give you the chance to discover wine and food pairings.
