- Learn the different stages of tasting
- Express and share your perceptions using appropriate vocabulary.
- Better understand the taste of wine to appreciate it more fully
- Learn to recognise the characteristics of certain grape varieties
- Discover the qualities of wines from different wine-growing regions
A simple, convivial lunch will give you the chance to discover wine and food pairings.
