The Wines and Consumers and Wines and Environment seminars are quarterly events with the participation of one or more personalities and/or scientists.
The Wines and Consumers seminars cover both experimental methodological issues and empirical analyses of behaviour. Because of their multidisciplinary nature, they enable participants to benefit optimally from the contribution of the various scientific fields that have a direct or indirect bearing on the analysis of observed or presumed behaviour (studied in sensory analysis, experimental economics, marketing, psychology, neuroscience, etc.) in interaction with the sciences of oenology and agronomy.
The Wines and the Environment seminars also provide an opportunity to meet a leading scientist, discover new research topics and discuss practical issues relating to the environment, organic farming, resistant grape varieties and so on.
Laura Zerbini will be presenting the Institut Paul Bocuse's Living Lab (experimental restaurant), a unique tool in the world that enables research into consumer eating habits to be carried out as close as possible to real-life situations.
